Wedding Invitation

Just in case you never got yours in the mail or we didn't have

your address, here's the wedding invitation.

The one we sent out had a little different spacing because we had to make it shorter, but I only have a photoshop version of that right now (so I can't upload it). It's pretty much the same.

Wedding Invitations

Wedding invitations are an interesting thing. Christina knew right away that I'm pretty picky about mine. I don't like too many pictures crowded on to the invitation, weird colors, pictures where you can't see the people, and distracting designs. I also think simple is usually better, not always though. We're in the middle of creating our wedding invitations. It's difficult balancing cost and finding one that we like. We've got an idea we like, we just need to work out getting it created on Photoshop. I tried teaching myself Photoshop, but that was a little frustrating. But I think we might have it under control now and you should be getting your invitations in a few weeks.

100th Wall Post!

This is a momentous occasion. Here's some random thoughts to celebrate it . . .

-Tennis is amazing. I watched the final U.S. Open match today between del Potro and Federer. What a game! Del Potro won, by the way.

-There's a lot to think about for a wedding.

-I'm excited to see all of my family together when they come to Washington for my wedding.

-I accepted the offer with Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, CA.

-I love Christina!

Trip Home for Brian and Meaghan's Wedding

One of my best friends (Brian) just got married to another really good friend (Meaghan). I've actually been friends with Meaghan since at least 7th grade and good friends with Brian since Senior year of High School. It was a fun, but short, trip. I was also able to spend some time with my family.

Here I am with Daysha, my niece. She kept saying JoJo (my nickname) whenever I would leave the room. It was so cute!

Right after the wedding ceremony. It was beautiful and I was so happy for them (they were ecstatic!). I'm glad I got to be there.

All of Brian's cute nieces and nephews. Brian actually stayed at my house the night before the wedding because he wanted to get some sleep and wouldn't be able to with all these guys in his house. That was cool to be able to spend some time with him.

Kevin's Wedding

For those who have not yet seen on the pictures from Kevin's Wedding on Facebook.
I think this is my favorite one. Jeff jumped in when I was about to take the picture.

Most people have heard of this picture by now. Nathan bet Jeff $10 he wouldn't go stand in the big family picture of some random wedding party (aka, we don't know them). After a little egging on from myself and Nathan, he stepped up right in the thick of it. It was hilarious. We tried not to laugh too much and give ourselves away.

The beloved roommates. Who knew five years after meeting freshman year we would all still be so close. He has a new roommate now and we're happy for them.
